Handover Parameters

The handover parameters allows the set up for Vehicle Handover Booking diary.

Note: Select Parameters default from the Vehicle handover menu to enter information that is required in all vehicle handover parameters.

CRM Company: Select the CRM company number. Each CRM company requires set up.

CRM team code: Select the team code created in CRM teams.

Showroom

SR Company: Select the Showroom company

Administration

Admin priority: Enter the priority required to edit and move vehicle handover bookings. The priority applies to the module in which the vehicle handover bookings form is being viewed. For example, if the user is viewing the diary from the Showroom module then it is the users showroom access priority that is relevant.

HOD contact group: Enter the Contact group created for the Handover contacts in CRM

HOD contact code: Enter the Contact code created for the Handover contacts in CRM

Diary

Block diary user: A system user login and password can be created to allow block bookings in the vehicle Handover diary.

Diary slot duration: Enter the default handover length of time.

Finance duration: Enter any additional time to be added if finance is added to the quote/order.

Part-ex duration: Enter any additional time to be added if a part exchange is added to the quote/order.

: Enter up to six checkbox descriptions that will display on the handover booking diary form. These options could be work required on the vehicle before the handover. For example, Valet, Bodywork, PDI, Dent, Parts, Cosmetic.

Specification option codes

Specification option codes 1-6: Enter the code description of options held in franchise data that have been selected during the quotations process and will appear on the vehicle handover booking form. The option codes entered must have the type of option preceding it. For example, DPAINT for a dealer option, FPAINT for a factory option.
