Details of all the Collections and Deliveries are held and can be viewed by clicking the Bookings grid where there are values displayed. This loads the bookings into the Details group and the Collect or Deliver field is ticked, depending on what has been booked in Workshop loading.
Note: The Collect and Deliver buttons will only be enabled on the Workshop loading Load form for that Point-of-Sale company when the Collection and Delivery capacities have been set up.
POS company: Point-of-Sale company that you want to set up the collection and deliveries for, selected from the drop-down menu Collection capacity: Number of collections required per day for the weekTip: If the Delivery capacity is going to be the same as the Collection capacity then click the Copy button.
Delivery capacity: Number of deliveries required per day for the week
Buttons:
Save: Saves the collection and delivery values in the MK.lift1 file (repeat the process for all other Point-of-Sale companies)
Previous 20 days: changes the diary to show the previous twenty days bookings and availability
View today: changes the view to show today and the following nineteen days
Next 20 days: changes the diary view to show the next twenty days collection and delivery bookings and availability
Bookings group
When collections and deliveries are booked they are saved to the MK.lift2 file.
Collections: Number of collections booked for that day
Deliveries: Number of deliveries booked for that dayNote: The booking values are displayed in Black. If you have over-booked (which you can) the values are displayed in Red.
Tip: Clicking a value in the Bookings grid displays the collections and deliveries in more detail for that day.

Collect: Ticked if a collection has been booked
Deliver: Ticked if a delivery has been booked Date: Date you selected from the Bookings grid and all the WIP numbers and Customer details
