This form is displayed when you click More detail ... from the Stock update summary form. On this form you can view details of updates for individual parts in the master parts price file.
This form only enables you to change the retail price of individual parts. If you do that, you must ensure the Update field to the right of the part is selected. This changes the focus of the grid to the New retail value of the row. The changed price updates the stock file when you run the update.
Part number: Unique part number of part.
Description: Unique description of part.
Prev retail: Previous retail price.
Prev disc.: Previous discount code.
New retail: New retail price.
New disc.: New discount code.
Variance %: The price variance between old and new price (%).
Quantity: Quantity in stock.
Last sold: Date the part was last sold.
Ave. sold: Average quantity sold per month.
Update: If this check box is selected, any changes made to the retail price of the selected parts will be updated in the master file when you click Update.
Push Buttons:
Update: Updates the selected companies and fields on the stock record from the master price file.
Export: Exports a .csv copy of all the parts listed on the grid and copies it to the desktop.
Cancel: Returns you to the Stock update summary form.
