This form is displayed when you select a task from the Technicians form, and double-click it. From this form you can view details about the technician activity.
Tip: Alternatively, highlight the Technician and click the Clock button.
Current Activity
Displays the current status for the Technician.
Note: When this form is accessed from the End Activity form, the technician will show as Clocked out until you select a further Task or Idle code and then click the Clock ON button.
Status Filters (If installed)
The Status colours enable you to filter the WIPs in the Jobs group by selecting any of the statuses.
Light blue: WIPs in the Available Activities grid have been assigned to this Technician. When an assigned WIP is selected, the Title row of the Selected tasks grid will be displayed in light blue, allowing selection of the required task(s) from this WIP.
Light green: A WIP with task(s) that may be completed by the Technician where the tasks have not been assigned. When the Available option is selected, the Title row of the Selected tasks grid will be displayed in light green, allowing selection of the task.
Red: A WIP with Unassigned task(s) currently being worked on by another Technician. The currently selected Technician has the required Skill to assist with Task(s) on this WIP. When the Assist option is selected, the Title row of the Selected tasks grid will be displayed in red, allowing selection of the tasks.
Yellow: Identifies the Idle option in the Available grid. When the Idle option is selected, the Title row of the Selected tasks grid will be displayed in yellow, allowing selection of the required Idle time code.

Check this box to undo any filtering done on the Status colours above.
Selected Status
Dark blue: When a line is Selected in the tasks grid it is displayed in dark blue.
White: When a line is Not Selected in the tasks grid it is displayed in white.
Jobs
Others: When Un-checked, displays assigned tasks to the technician, unassigned tasks where the technician has the skill and all active tasks. When checked, you can see all other tasks assigned to other technicians which you will be able to clock onto.
Job: The WIP number for the available tasks
Note: If more than one department exists on the users terminal details then the department letter is displayed in front of the WIP number.
Customer: The vehicle registration number and customer number
Colleague: Where multiple Technicians are working on the task(s) the name of the Technician or Technicians will be shown
Tasks
Line: The line number from the selected WIP
Description: The first line of description from the RTS code text
Skill: The skill required for the task
Allowed: The time allowed for the task
Bonus (If installed): The Actual time for mechanic entered on the Labour Details form
Note: When loading labour line(s) into Workshop loading the Time allowed is the time that is loaded and clocked on too, the Actual time for mechanic is only displayed on the Technician Activity form when clocking on. The Allowed time header will display Bonus and this time is written back to the clock file to report on.
Start: The start time for an Assigned task
End: The time an Assigned task is expected to finish based on the start time and the efficiency of the allocated technician
PUSH BUTTONS:
Clock ON: Clocks the technician onto the selected task(s)
Note: The Clock ON button is not displayed on the form until a selection has been made from the Jobs and Tasks groups.
Quit: Returns you to the Technicians form
Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser
