Point-of-Sale operators can enter the title, first name, surname, phone number, email address and notes. These can be set as either mandatory or advisory. The additional fields are also exported within the CDE extract.
This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems > MB. Mercedes-Benz > Menu - Utilities > Mercedes-Benz parameters and you browse to + Marketing parameters > + CSI Tab > [Company] on the Project parameters browser. It enables you to record specific CSI customer data and monitor data quality within the dealer’s Autoline System.
CSI Tab: Tick this check-box to display the CSI tab on the Service Point-of-Sale form.
Mandatory title: When this check-box is ticked, if a user creates a WIP, enters data on the CSI tab of the Service Point-of-Sale form leaving the Title field blank, and attempts to invoice the WIP, the following message is displayed:
Mandatory CSI data for (Title) not entered. Cannot invoice, Enter Mandatory CSI data and retry.
When this check-box is un-ticked this message is displayed instead:
CSI data for (Title) not entered. CSI data not input, OK to continue with invoice, Cancel to return to WIP.
Mandatory first name: When this check-box is ticked, if a user creates a WIP, enters data on the CSI tab of the Service Point-of-Sale form leaving the First name field blank, and attempts to invoice the WIP, the following message is displayed:
Mandatory CSI data for (First name) not entered. Cannot invoice, Enter Mandatory CSI data and retry.
When this check-box is un-ticked this message is displayed instead:
CSI data for (First name) not entered. CSI data not input, OK to continue with invoice, Cancel to return to WIP.
Mandatory surname: When this check-box is ticked, if a user creates a WIP, enters data on the CSI tab of the Service Point-of-Sale form leaving the Surname field blank, and attempts to invoice the WIP, the following message is displayed:
Mandatory CSI data for (Surname) not entered. Cannot invoice, Enter Mandatory CSI data and retry.
When this check-box is un-ticked this message is displayed instead:
CSI data for (Surname) not entered. CSI data not input, OK to continue with invoice, Cancel to return to WIP.
Mandatory phone no: When this check-box is ticked, if a user creates a WIP, enters data on the CSI tab of the Service Point-of-Sale form leaving the Phone field blank, and attempts to invoice the WIP, the following message is displayed:
Mandatory CSI data for (Phone no.) not entered. Cannot invoice, Enter Mandatory CSI data and retry.
When this check-box is un-ticked this message is displayed instead:
CSI data for (Phone no.) not entered. CSI data not input, OK to continue with invoice, Cancel to return to WIP.
Mandatory email: When this check-box is ticked, if a user creates a WIP, enters data on the CSI tab of the Service Point-of-Sale form leaving the Email field blank, and attempts to invoice the WIP, the following message is displayed:

Mandatory note 1: When this check-box is ticked, if a user creates a WIP, enters data on the CSI tab of the Service Point-of-Sale form leaving the Note 1 field blank, and attempts to invoice the WIP, the following message is displayed:
Mandatory CSI data for (Note 1) not entered. Cannot invoice, Enter Mandatory CSI data and retry.
When this check-box is un-ticked this message is displayed instead:

Mandatory note 3: When this check-box is ticked, if a user creates a WIP, enters data on the CSI tab of the Service Point-of-Sale form leaving the Note 3 field blank, and attempts to invoice the WIP, the following message is displayed:
Mandatory CSI data for (Note 3) not entered. Cannot invoice, Enter Mandatory CSI data and retry.
When this check-box is un-ticked this message is displayed instead:
CSI data for (Note 3) not entered. CSI data not input, OK to continue with invoice, Cancel to return to WIP.
Exclude account types: List of account types to be excluded, such as I for Internal. If the account being used for the WIP is of one of the types listed here, the Service Point-of-Sale form CSI tab will be unavailable.
