The Attach Documents to CRM Contacts function facilitates the definition of parameters that determine the priority and location of uploaded documents.

Attach Documents to CRM Contacts Form

This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Utilities > Mercedes-Benz parameters and you browse to Marketing > + Attach Documents to CRM Contacts > [no. Company name] on the Project parameters browser. It defines that the parameters needed by the Attach Documents to CRM Contacts function.

Fields:

Document view priority: Enter the minimum priority a user must have in order to view, edit and delete documents attached to contacts or complaints.

Contact documents base location: Enter the base location on the Autoline server where the attached documents are stored and retrieved from.

Local directory: Enter the local directory on your PC where viewed documents are downloaded to.

Maximum filesize in KB: Enter the maximum document file size allowed to be attached to a contact or complaint.

Note: A Maximum file size in KB of 0 (Zero) means that any file size is allowed to be attached.
