The Retail Interface - error log report lists error descriptions per CRM record, when an error occurs during import of the CRiS import file (IE) or creation of the export file (EE). Errors are generated if for example mandatory fields are not filled on the CRM records or if the cost centre is not correctly set.
Output type: Choose between several display and print options.
Logging type: Determines from what interface the errors are generated. Both errors during the import and export Retail Interface to CRiS are stored in the same log file.

** - Both, export & import errorsYou can use the specific logging type to filter the CRM records on the import or export interface.
File name: Filters the list of errors to a specific export or import file; otherwise all errors are displayed.
Tip: It is the intention that these errors are solved before the next export or import is done.
