Introduction

The objective of this development is to create an export file from the Dealers CRM database to the sMD internet application. This export file will contain details of any modifications to the Customers record, Vehicles record or Companies record where these are related to Smart franchise.

Modules involved

Manufacturer systems (MS): The Smart CRM Export interface, the parameters and necessary files are located in the Manufacturer Systems module.

Marketing (MS): If after checking and counting the stock, the stock file is updated records will be written the to the parts log in Point of Sale.

Set-up

Before you can export the Smart Marketing information, you must ensure that you set up the Autoline system correctly.
