CRM Data Exported

When creating a Retail Interface export file, all new and changed CRM records for which the Export agreement flag is ticked will be included. Also records that apply to the business rules and contacts that are set up for export in the MB parameters are exported.

A prerequisite for a record to be exported is that all mandatory fields are filled and that the cost centre linked on the customer CRM record match the ones defined in the MB parameters.

For each record matching the export criteria the following data fields will be exported:
