Assign Customer Record Changes Form

When customer records are withheld for manual processing, the records are first displayed in Assign customer record changes. You must assign these records to a responsible person who has to investigate the profile changes.

What do you want to do?

Change the Responsible

Assign or Assign all Sales representative

Fields

Import file: Displays the name of the imported file for which the data is shown in the list.

Import date: Displays the date of the import for which the data is shown in the list.

Status: With this field you can filter the list by the status of the records.

Responsible: With this field you can filter the list by the responsible person.

In the list the concerning fields of a customer record are displayed.

Magic: Magic number that Autoline gives to a record. This field displays a zero when it concerns a new record.

S: Status, that indicates whether an existing (Update), New or Assigned record is displayed in the list.

Responsible: Sales representative that is responsible for accepting a customer record.

Next to these fields the customer's Title, First name, Surname, Street and City are displayed in the list.

Menu Bar and Toolbar

File > Exit Exit Leaves the program and returns to the menu.
File > Save and Exit -

Saves the changes and leaves the program and returns to the menu.

Profile changes > Assign -

Selected record is assigned to the responsible person and the assigned responsible person can process it further in Accept customer record change.

Profile changes > Assign all -

All listed records are assigned to the selected responsible persons and the assigned responsible person can process it further in Accept customer record change.

Tools > Copy -

Copies the listed records to your clipboard.

Help > Help Help Displays, in a web browser, a help page describing the form.
Help > Record status codes - Displays the different states a record can have.
