The CRM Step II project enables the Daimler AG-dealerships to improve Customer Relationship Management in Autoline via the interface to CRiS (Customer Relationship integrated Solution).
CRiS is a European-wide central CRM system allowing for an integration of customers facing activities by MPCs and its dealerships. The interface to CRiS is called Retail Interface.
The interface to CRiS exchanges customer and company data, including any vehicle data (MB passenger cars and vans). It is also possible to exchanged contact data for marketing purposes.

Mercedes-Benz Manufacturer Systems Module
The CRM Step II parameters are located in the Manufacturer Systems module, also is the Retail Interface program located in the Manufacturer Systems module.
CRM (Marketing) Module
The CRM module contains the extra CRM fields on the Customer, Vehicle and Company record. The CRM module is used to maintain company, customer, contact and vehicle information.
