You can configure the Interface to CRiS - Export and Interface to CRiS - Import within Timed operations. The timed operations module is a scheduler that automatically starts specified processes on predefined moments.
The Interface to CRiS - Export automatically creates an export file when running in timed operations.
The Interface to CRiS - Import automatically receives all the available CRiS files from the CRiS system and stores them on the Autoline server.
To access the Timed operations program:
Select from the Main menu the System utilities option, combined with company 00.
The System Utilities menu is displayed.
Select from the System utilities menu the Timed operations option.
The Timed operations menu is displayed.
Select from the Timed operations menu the Configure schedule option.
The Timed operations schedule form is displayed.
Select in the field Module, MS - Manufacturer systems and search in the list for the option MSMBICE (Interface to CRiS - Export). In this list it is also possible to select the option MSMBICI (Interface to CRiS - Import).
Select the frequency where the option should be added and click the Add –> button. Now you can make the adjustments to the scheduling information.
