The Retail interface creates log files during the import en export processes. Before you can run the various reports regarding these logs of the retail interface, you have to set up the Export facilities. This setup concerns the storage of the log files on the Autoline server.
To make sure the system can store logs:
Select from the Main menu the System utilities option.
The System Utilities menu is displayed.
Select from the System utilities menu the Management menu.
The Management Menu is displayed.
Select from the Management menu the Export facilities option.
The Export Facilities Sorted by: Export facility (Forwards) form is displayed.
Search for RET HTML in de list.
If the Export facility RET HTML doesn't exist, click the Column button and then the Create button.
Type the following values and Save the record
