When sending or receiving e-mail via the system, you might want to add an e-mail address per user.
For the Retail interface you need to setup the e-mail address to inform the Responsible (Sales representative) of the Assign customer record changes, Assign company record changes or Assign vehicle record changes forms and the Responsible (Follow up executive, also referred as Contact executive in the CRM contact records) of the Manage contact records forms by mail when a CRM record is actually assigned to the user.
To set up a E-mail address:
Select from the Main menu the System Utilities option.
The System Utilities menu is displayed.
Select from the Systems Utilities menu, the Management menu option.
The Management Menu is displayed.
Select from the Management Menu the User details option.
The User details form is displayed.
Select the user to whom you want to set the e-mail address to send e-mails with or without attachments regarding the Retail interface.
Keep in mind that this E-mail address is used for several functionalities in the system.
