Queue Details

The Queue Details form displays the outbound data details for the selected data record.

Queue Details Form

This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer-specific > MB. Mercedes-Benz > Menu - Utilities > StarConnect Data Server > StarConnect data server to display the Communication Module form, you select the required External system ID and Outbound queue tab and click the File > Edit menu bar command. It displays the outbound data details for the selected data record.

File > Delete Cross.gif Deletes the corresponding outbound data record and refreshes the grid on the Communication Module form. Click Yes to confirm this action in the Confirm message.

Note: This option is only available for unprocessed data and the Autoline user has a priority level of 7 or higher.

File > Save file SaveFile_r8.gif Selects between the Message (File name request) or Attachment (File name attachment) file, and displays a Windows Save file dialog box on the screen to store the file created in a local folder.
File > Exit Exit.gif Returns you to the previous form.

View> View file XMLdoc_r8.gif Displays the contents of the file created(File name request).
View > View log file EyeLeafDoc_r8.gif Displays the details of the communication trace file of the communication trace between Autoline and STCDS, which is stored for the corresponding outbound queue record. The communication trace file is deleted when the outbound queue record is archived.

Note: This option is only available when the Autoline user has a priority level of 8 or higher.


Tools > Send file Export.gif

Sends the outbound data record to STCDS, which is normally done automatically in case the daemon is running. This option is called Resend file when the data is already sent before. Click Yes to confirm this action in the Resend data message. A copy of the outbound data record is created and this record will remain open until the data is resent.

Fields:

External system ID: Displays the he GSSN dealer number of the main outlet of the dealer (retailer) for the selected data record.

Communication type: Displays the type of the communication.

System suffix: Displays the suffix ID if the interface require system suffixes. The suffix is used by, for example, MBC POS or XENTRY Portal to make the connection available to the different versions of the backend system. The system suffix is setup within the interface related parameters.

Event: Displays the event of the communication type as configured by the StarConnect Data Server function or any other related topics. For example, CREATE, UPDATE, READ or NOTIFICATION_REQUEST.

Business ID: Displays the unique Business ID as specified by the interface. The Business ID is set by the system that is generating the data, in this case by Autoline.

Business version: Displays the business version related to the data sent.

Interface version: Displays the interface version related to the data sent.

Data ID: Displays the unique Data ID as specified by the interface. The Data ID is set by the system that is generating the data, in this case by Autoline.

Event date and time: Displays the date that the data record became effective from a business point of view. The event date and time are the actual date- and timestamps when the data record is created in the outbound queue.

Communication date and time: Displays the date and time that the data is submitted (sent) to STCDS.

Addressee GSSN ID: Displays the GSSN dealer code related to the data (Addressee information). Only filled if the required process needs this information.

Addressee VBET: Displays the VBET dealer code related to the data (Addressee information). Only filled if the required process needs this information.

Addressee CoFiCo: Displays the CoFiCo dealer number related to the data (Addressee information). Only filled if the required process needs this information.

Created by: Displays whom initiated the upload of the data.

File name request: Displays the name of the request file as it is stored in the outbound queue or the archive.

File name attachment: Displays the name of the compressed file, used for large file handling, as it is stored in the outbound queue or the archive.

Result code: Displays the result code and description as provided by STCDS when the data is uploaded to the data server.

Last message: Displays the additional information or the explanation of the cause of the error, if applicable.
