The Price values form is displayed when the F2-key is pressed on the General Tab of the MB Parts Price File form, or alternatively when you left-click in the Price generation grid when in edit mode.
On this form it is possible to create or modify price generations.
What do you want to do?
Menu Bar and Action:

Price generation:
For each part up to 3 price generations are saved on the price file record.
Date effective: The date from when price generation will be effective.
Discount code: The discount code for the price generation.
Retail price: The currency code and the Retail price for the price generation.
Wholesale price: The currency code and the Wholesale price for the price generation.
VLP price: The currency code and the VLP price for the price generation.
VNP price: The currency code and the VNP price for the price generation.
Exchange price: The currency code and the Exchange price for the price generation.
For IMS systems a new price history record will be created if one of the values (listed below) are changed. The price history record will be displayed in the Price history grid on the Price history tab of the MB Parts Price File form.
A price history record is created if one of the following fields on the price file record is changed:
To insert a new price generation:
Select Edit > Insert new price from the menu bar or click the Add price menu icon.
The Price effective date form is displayed.
Enter the date the new price will be effective and click the OK button.
The system will determine in which price generation the new values are to be entered.
Enter the required values.
Select File > Save or the Save menu icon to save the new price generation.
The form is closed and returns you to the MB Parts Price File form.
