This Open Service invoice message record form is used to create and maintain service invoice messages.
Tip: The Service invoice messages are printed on Parts and Service invoices printed from the Point of Sale module.
This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems(Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Service > Service invoice messages.

The Selection Tab displays all the available Service invoice messages.
Filter fields:
POS company: Enter the POS company to filter on.
Department code: Enter the department code to filter on.
Franchise code: Enter the franchise code to filter on.
Sales type: Enter the sales type to filter on.
Date range: Enter the date range to filter on.
Baumuster: Enter the baumuster to filter on.
Title: Enter the service invoice message title to filter on.
Language code: Enter the language code to filter on.
Tip: Press the tab-key to apply the filter selection.
Search results Grid:
POS Company: Displays the POS company of the service invoice message(s).
Department: Displays the department(s) of the service invoice message(s).
Franchise code: Displays the franchise code(s) of the service invoice message(s).
Sale type: Displays the sale type(s) of the service invoice message(s).
Language: Displays the language code(s) of the service invoice message(s).
Date from: Displays the date(s) from of the service invoice message(s).
Date to: Displays the date(s) to of the service invoice message(s).
Title: Displays the title(s) of the service invoice message(s).
Baumuster: Displays the baumuster indicator(s) of the service invoice message(s).
Tip: Click on the grid line and select the Select menu icon
The Test mode tab gives the possibility to enter an existing WIP number to display the service invoice message as it would be printed on the invoice.
Fields:
POS company: Enter the POS company to filter on.
WIP number: Enter the WIP number to filter on.
Tip: Press the tab key to exit the WIP number field. The Service invoice text will be displayed as printed on the invoice.
Note: Today’s date is used to check the date ranges setup.
Search results Grid:
POS Company: Displays the POS company of the service invoice message for the selected WIP.
Department: Displays the department of the service invoice message for the selected WIP.
Franchise code: Displays the franchise code of the service invoice message for the selected WIP.
Sale type: Displays the sale type of the service invoice message for the selected WIP.
