Since the Comparts order number which are delivered in the import files do not match the order/wip numbers in Autoline, an order/wip number table has been created.
This number table links the Comparts order number to the Autoline number.
This form is displayed if you click on Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu-Parts > Menu - Logisticbus > Import parts return files, then click Tools > Matching numbers from the menu bar.

Fields:
File type: Select the concerning file type from the drop down list that must be displayed.

- B - Bif Volume
- S - Scrapping
- O - Orders
- R - Relocation
- 1 - Return from DIMS (XML)
- 2 - Return from CORE parts (XML)
- 3 - PSL return (XML)
- 4 - Add-Hoc return (XML)
- 5 - Individual parts return (XML)
- 6 - Local scrapping (XML)
Number: Enter the Autoline number or the Comparts order number that must be displayed.
Note: Select the radio button Autoline number or Parts return order number depending on which number must be displayed.
Buttons:
Autoline number: Select to search for the Autoline number in the field Number.
Parts return order number: Select to search for the Parts return order number in the field Number.
Note: If the concerning number is found in the Comparts Order/WIP number file , it is marked in blue.
Grid:
Autoline number: Displays the concerning Autoline number together with the linked Parts return order number.
Parts return order: Displays the concerning Parts return order number together with the linked Autoline-No.
Date created: Displays the creation date of the files in the Comparts Order/WIP file.
File type: Displays the file type.
