Sales Dealer Codes Parameters

Sales Dealer Codes Parameters Form

This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Utilities > Mercedes-Benz parameters and you browse to Sales > Sales dealer codes > [no. Company name] on the Project parameters browser. It maintains the Sales dealer numbers per VSB company for all applicable franchise codes.

Note: It is not allowed to set-up the same Dealer number for different VSB companies.

Grid:

The grid only displays the Sales dealer code information. To add/delete or maintain a record please use the fields at the bottom of the Sales Dealer Codes Parameters form. These fields are populated with the related information, when selecting a gridline.

Location: Displays the Location code related to the dealer number.

Franchise: Displays the franchise data's Franchise code.

Name: Displays the description which is used throughout Autoline.

GSSN ID: Displays the GSSN dealer ID number.

Dealer number: Displays the dealer number used in the sales ordering system.

SR: Displays the Showroom company where the dealer number is used.

Fields:

Location: Select the Location code of the location related to the dealer number.

Franchise code: Select the applicable franchise data's Franchise code.

Dealer name: Enter the name of the dealer which is displayed in the required functions of Autoline.

GSSN ID: Enter the GSSN dealer ID number.

Note: Configure the MBCPOS OOM dealer number for all applicable franchises, do not use the same dealer number in different VSB companies. Store the the MBCPOS OOM dealer number in the GSSN ID field.

Dealer number: Enter the dealer number as used in the sales ordering system.

Note: The dealer number in this field is not used by the MBCPOS OOM function

Showroom company: Select the showroom company where the above dealer number can be used.

Buttons:

Note: The buttons are available when you select the Amend toolbar button or when you click the Edit > Amend menu bar command.

Save: Saves the changes made to the Sales dealer codes record.

Delete: Deletes the selected Sales dealer codes record.

New: Clears the fields to allow a new Sales dealer codes record to be created. Remember to select the Save button to save the new record.
