CESAR Parameters - Company: VS/[Company] Form

This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Utilities > Mercedes-Benz parameters and you browse to Sales > CESAR vehicle configurator > [no. Company name] > [Franchise] on the Project parameters browser. It maintains the CESAR vehicle configurator parameters per franchise per VSB company.

Franchise: Select the Franchise Code (from the Franchise Data module) for which the CESAR parameters are valid. This field is only available for change when a new record is created.

Tabs:

General Settings Tab

Fields:

CESAR Availability: Select if CESAR is available. When Autoline attempts to connect CESAR, it checks this value and if it is cleared, Showroom operates in off-line mode, that is, in the normal way (without CESAR).

Note: Any change to CESAR Availability is instantaneous and effective for the next attempted connection to CESAR in the quote cycle.

Force customer entry: Select to validate the customer details automatically, before connecting to CESAR. In this case, if the customer details are unavailable, CESAR cannot be launched and Autoline requires you to enter them. If the Force customer entry field is cleared, customer details are not required before connecting to CESAR.

Stock order target: Select the CRM target magic number which is used by default when a vehicle configuration is created as a Stock order (Order type S).

Reporting email ID: Enter the email ID which will receive the report listing all the vehicles where the Status Update Trigger id set to Y by Cesar and is pending. These vehicles must be updated in VSB manually and probably showroom as required.

These settings overrule the default communication settings maintained on the CESAR Parameters - Company: MS/MB form.

GO in CESAR Tab

Fields:
