This EPC and ELC from defines the parameters of the Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) and the Electronic Labour Catalogue (ELC).
This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Utilities > Mercedes-Benz parameters and you browse to Service > + EPC and ELC > [no. Company name] on the Project parameters browser. It defines the EPC and ELC settings.
General Parameters:
Time out between checking new data: Enter the interval in seconds between checking for new data. Default 2.
EWA net:
EWA net user domain: Enter the user domain name to be used for EWA net login. Leave field empty if not applicable.
Exchange directory: Enter the exchange directory for shopping list and joborder files.
Tip: Leave field empty to use the user’s profile directory as specified in the environment variable %userprofile%.
: Validates the specified path in the Exchange directory field and displays the result in the Exchange directory form. You must enter environment variables between % signs, for instance %userprofile%
EWA net sign-on: Select the sign-on method.
N - Use credentials from user details
Y - Single sign-on (SSO)
The SSO passes the Windows NT logon management credential to EWA.
X - No sign-on, user start EWA-net manually
If the sign-on is disabled, the EWA-net should be started manually before processing.
Don’t fill menu flag: Select if the menucode field should not be filled on loading lines from the WIS net import file.
Create unknown RTS-code: Select to create unknown RTS codes on a WIP via WIS/ASRA (baumuster 140 format).
Webparts:
Load order details as RTS notes: Select to load the order details from WebParts as a RTS notes line on the WIP. These RTS notes can then be printed on the invoice.
Note: RTS Notes on loading customer should be setup in Point of Sale module.
