The repeat repair function facilitates the recording and analysing of point-of-sales vehicle visits.
This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Utilities > Mercedes-Benz parameters and you browse to Service > + Repeat Repair > [no. Company name] on the Project parameters browser. It defines that the Repeat Repair functions is to be activated in Point-of-sale.
Fields:
Repeat repairs active: Select to activate the Repeat repair function for the Point-of-sales company.
– Not active: The Repeat repair function is not activated.
1 – Active: The Repeat repair function with automatic indication of repeated repairs is activated.
2 – Active, no automatic signalation: The Repeat repair function is activated without automatic detection of repeated repairs.
Signalation days: Enter the number of days that a repair to a vehicle is determined as being a Repeat Repair.
Note: If the Workshop loading module is installed and used, the signalation period is calculated based on the check out date (the date the customer was given back his car keys). If this date is not filled or if the Workshop Loading module is not installed the invoice date is used.
Exclude credit notes: Select to exclude credit notes from the repeat repair indication check.
