The CRM Campaign module provides functionality to create customer specific and customergroup specific campaigns, based on existing selection criteria. These standard criteria do not include additional information stored in different tables. The Advanced Campaign Selection has additional features to select a detailed range of criteria and export the data in different file formats. This provides for special selections and for versatile processing of the exported data.
This form is displayed when you click CRM main menu > Reports & Enquiries > Enquiries menu > Advanced Campaign Selection or when you select Tools > Advanced Campaign Selection from the toolbar on the CRM Campaigns form.
All options and fields on the Advanced Campaign Selection form are described as follows:

Selection criteria:
Note: Fields might not be available as the details/selections is inherited from the CRM Campaigns form.
Owner type: Select the owner type of the vehicle(s) to be included in the selection.
Include obsolete department: Select to include customers with an obsolete department in the selection.
Contact executive: Select the contact executive(s) to be included in the selection.
Exclude mailing contact: Select the contact code to be excluded from the selection.
Exclude mailing contact date: Select the date to excluded customers from the selection.
Note: All customers with the Exclude mailing contact code selected, which has a contact date later than the Exclude mailing contact date entered will be excluded from the selection.
Exclude current orders: Select the vehicle status for which customers will be excluded from the selection.
Exclude delivered vehicles: Select the vehicle delivery date. All records where the delivery date is younger than the date entered will be excluded from the selection.
Exclude recently serviced vehicles: Select the vehicle service date. All records which has a last service date later than the date entered will be excluded from the selection.
Lifestyle: Select the hobbies and interests of the customers to be included in the selection.
Vehicle type group: Select the vehicle type group(s) to be included in the selection.
Vehicle type: Select the vehicle type(s) to be included in the selection.
Exclude complaints: Select the complaint code to be excluded from the selection.
Exclude complaints date: Select the date to excluded customers from the selection.
Note: All customers with the Exclude complaints code selected, which has a contact date later than the Exclude complaints date entered will be excluded from the selection.
Clustering customers: Select the customer group(s) to be included in the selection.
Location: Select the location(s) to be included in the selection.
Department: Select the department(s) to be included in the selection.
Vehicle link: Select the vehicle link to be included in the selection.
Output Criteria:
Privacy statement in Output: Select a data protection statement.
Note: This field is available if product MS-X4-X4DPA is installed.
This grid displays a list of all the Customers who meet the criteria specified. The following fields are displayed:
Customer no: Customer number for the record in CRM.
Company no: Company number for the record in CRM.
Account: Customer account number.
Owner type: Owner type fo the vehicle.
Salutation: The salutation of the customer.
Customer name: The customer or company name.
Title: The title of the customer.
First name: The first name of the customer.
Surname: The surname of the customer.
