When a vehicle order file is imported, Autoline will search for a Franchise, Model and Variant combination that match the code in the XML file. If multiple or no match is found, this Select variant record form is displayed to select the correct combination of franchise/model/variant to use for the quote.
Menu Bar and Action:

Select variant matching the national type:
The variant as per the xml file is displayed in blue text colour.
Fields:
Franchise: Select the correct franchise for the offer.
Model: Select the correct model for the offer.
Variant: Select the correct variant from the available variants in the grid to create or update the offer with.
Tip: If the correct variant is not in the list, a new variant can be created by selecting Edit > Create variant record from the menu toolbar. The variant and description from the XML file will be used, together with the franchise and model selected, to create a new franchise data variant record.
