The Sell From Form is displayed when the Order Quantity entered on the Parts Details Form is greater than the free stock the operator is selling from, and there is free stock available in other locations that the operator is allowed to sell from.
Note: This form will not be populated if the operator has entered the part number using the Fast Track mode.
The text at the button of the form, e.g., 2 of 10 completed, means that out of a quantity of 10 originally requested, only 2 can be issued at this moment in time.Location: These are the locations where stock resides and the operator can sell from, possible locations are 1 -9.
Location qty: For Location 1 this is the total quantity available to sell (ie: B/orders are taken into consideration). For other locations, it is the total quantity recorded in the bin.
Line qty: This is the maximum quantity that the operator can sell from this location number.
Status: These are the parts statuses as used on the POS main grid. The statuses used will be determined by the defaults in the POS parameters.
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: If you have edited quantities or statuses for a location and click OK, the details on the form are loaded onto the WIP.
Cancel: Cancels the operation.
Reset: If quantities or statuses have been edited, by clicking the Reset button, all the values will return to when the form was first populated.
Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
