Error - unable to open load file: Illegal format
Cause: | The layout of the first record in the file does not have three fields as the program expects. |
Solution: | The first two fields of the file must contain the part number without the franchise and the quantity. The third field can contain the franchise, if required, but this is optional. |

The franchise code is wrong on a part
Cause: | The franchise code is wrong in the imported CSV file.
Note: If you create a part stock record in the wrong franchise, there will be problems when issuing the part in Point-of-Sale (POS) because the incorrect franchise letter is used. You might also inadvertently create an additional record because the number would not exist in the franchise that you quoted. |
Solution: | You can change the franchise code when you select a file on the 00 EPC Interface form in POS. These are the franchises stored on the Stock Management > Miscellaneous Options > Franchise table. |
