The Customer Order Details form displays the decarded parts lines on the WIP.
This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Parts > Generate dealer confirmations > if applicable, Select Company to display the the Confirmation orders to the Dealers form and you click the View > Order details menu bar command to display the the Customer order details form and you click the View > Order details menu bar command.

Fields:
WIP number: Displays the original WIP number within point-of-sale.
Line on WIP: Displays the original order line number within point-of-sale that was used when this part was placed on the WIP.
Line on order: Displays the actual line number on the workshop order.
Record type: Displays the type of record that will be to the dealer. The following types are possible
10: Cancellation
53: Confirmation
54: ‘Back order’ or ‘BO - ETA update’
56: CCode
61: Invoice details
Partnumber ordered: Displays the part number of the original ordered part.
Partnumber delivered: Displays the part number for the part that will be delivered.
Order quantity: Displays the original orders quantity.
Expected delivery: Displays the expected delivery date.
Tip: The Expected delivery date is (re-)calculated in case of update form an imported confirmation order data file or by manual change on the WIP line. This is applicable for record type ‘BO - ETA update’ and when the Recalculate date required parameter is selected. The date taken as ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) date in the generated confirmation order file is equal to the date required on the corresponding WIP line.
Line quantity: Displays the supplied quantity that related to the line type.
Replacement code: Enter the supersession type.
Condition code: Enter the condition code.
Note: It is possible to update the condition codes for a specific line when that is required. When a line has consist of a problem it is possible that a message (in red) is displayed on the bottom of the form.
Freight charges: Displays the frieght charges applicable to this line.
Notes: Displays, if available, notes of the importer concerning this confirmation order line.
