The Contact Agent details form is opened and loaded with the defaults for a contact agent record when creating a new record.
Note: As long as contact agents are used on a CRM record it is not possible to mark the CRM record for deletion. First all contact agent entries of the concerning CRM record have to be removed.

Fields:
Marketing company of target / company: Displays the CRM company of the customer or company loaded into the CRM form.
Marketing magic of target / company: Displays the CRM magic number of de loaded customer or company.
Created on: Displays the date of creating the contact agent.
Created by user: Displays the user of creating the contact agent.
Last updated on: Displays the date of the latest modifications done on the contact agent. During the creation of the contact agent this field is empty.
Last updated by user: Displays the user id of the user who did the latest modifications on the contact agent. During the creation of the contact agent this field is empty.
Cost Centre Department: Select the Cost Centre for the contact agent.
Type of Agent: Select if the agent is a Target (customer) or a Company.
Agent Magic: Select a agent within the CRM database. Depending on the selected Agent type you can search for customer or company records via the default search CRM form. After loading a search result the Agent Magic number is displayed in the contact agent details form.
Tip: If the number of the agent is known, you can type it directly in the Agent Magic field.
Agent name: Displays the Agent name of the Agent Magic number.
Protection valid till: Indicates what protection period for this agent is valid. By default, this date is calculated according the value set in the Contact agent protection period in months parameter.
Percentage of commission: Enter the percentage of commission for the contact agent.
Bulk discount: Enter the amount of bulk discount for the contact agent.
Remarks: Enter the remarks to the contact agent, with a maximum of 40 characters.
