Checking tab
The Checking tab displays any errors that did occur when creating the Logisticbus Interface file. Errors that are displayed are errors like missing records in the parts log file.
When creating a Logisticbus Interface file, any errors that occur are mailed to the email address set up in the Logisticbus parameters.
The errors are displayed after selecting the Check button.
Company: Select the company number for which you want to view the errors.
Batch number: Every time a Logisticbus file is send a batch number is assigned to it. Enter the batch number that you would like to check. Leave empty if you want to see the errors of all batch numbers.
Check: Select the Check button to check the entered batch for errors.
Fields in the grid
- Part: The part number of the part.
- Description: The description of the part.
- Audit: The audit number of the part. Corresponds with the audit number on the Audit tab of the Parts record in the Stock Management module.
- Fault: Errorcode Description: Description of the errorcode.
- 001 No action found for this logpa record.
- 002 Illegal logpa recordtype.
- 100 Missing QA number in LOGPA.
- 101 Missing auditnumber in the logpa file.
- 102 Record not sent because of stock transfer.
- 103 Lost Sale not sent because Lost Sale reason is not 'Availability'.
- 104 Record not sent because part is deleted from stock.
- 105 Record not sent because part is a non-balance item.
- 106 Historical data, record not sent.
- MB Part number: Part number of the part in the sort format.
- Batch number: The Batch number is displayed.
To display the all errors in the Logisticbus Interface file, you must select the Check button on the Checking tab.
It is also possible to display the errors of a batch. In that case, enter the batch number in the Batch number field and select the Check button.
