Maintaining the order in Purchase Control

After the order is created, you can edit the order within Purchase Control.

To maintain the created order you must:

• Select from the Main-menu the Purchase Control option.

• Select from the Purchase Control-menu, the Purchase Control option.

• Select the correct operator.

• Select with help from the selection area the created order.

  A property of the purchase header is the name "PPRETURN" in the Dealer comms field.

• With help of the Edit and Zero radio buttons from the "Action" area you can edit lines or delete them. When you want to add lines to the order, select the "Newline" button.

When you have maintained the periodic parts return order and you want to send the order to the manufacturer, first you must submit the order.
