A customer can return a vehicle to the workshop for various reasons, you can maintain the flexible repeat repair reasons which are used within the Point-of-sale system and the repeat repair evaluation functions.

This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Service > Menu - Repeat Repairs > Repeat repair reasons. It maintains the repeat repair reasons.

Grid:
Code: Displays the unique repair reason code.
Description: Displays unique repeat repair reason description.
To add a repeat repair reason:
Click the File > New menu bar command or the New toolbar button.
A the Edit reason form is displayed.
Complete the fields required and click OK.
The Repeat Repair Reasons form is opened and the entered reason code is populated in the grid.
To amend a repeat repair reason:
Select the required repeat repair reason code.
Click the File > Amend menu bar command or the Amend toolbar button.
A the Edit reason form is displayed.
Complete the fields required and click OK.
The Repeat Repair Reasons form is opened and the changed reason code is populated in the grid.
To delete a repair reason:
Select the required repeat repair reason code.
Click the File > Delete menu bar command or the Delete toolbar button.
A message is displayed.
Click OK.
The selected reason code is deleted from the system.

Reason code: Enter the unique repair reason code.
Description: Enter the unique repeat repair reason description.
Buttons:
OK: Accepts the creation / amendment of a repeat repair reason code and returns you to the Repeat Repair Reasons form.
Cancel: Cancels the creation / amendment of a repeat repair reason code and returns you to the Repeat Repair Reasons form.
