When you have installed the UVS-In interface, you may update UVS-Out data into the UVS-In data fields and UVS-In options.
What do you want to do?
To open the UVS-In Interface-data form for a specific vehicle
Select from the Main menu the Vehicle stockbooks menu, combined with concerned company.
The Vehicle stockbooks menu is displayed.
Select from the Vehicle stockbooks menu the Vehicle administration option.
The Vehicle administration form is displayed.
Open the concerning Used stock vehicle.
Select Franchise > Additional options from the toolbar.
The UVS-In Interface-data from is displayed.
Select the Colour and Options tab.
During the update of the UVS-Out data the options are added to the UVS-In interface data. These options are displayed in the VEHICLEDATA section of the UVS-In interface-data form.
Because the options are retrieved from UVS-Out, they are automatically approved for exporting to UVS-In.
The Additional information option is available in Vehicle administration of Used vehicles, when all the necessary setup is done to use the UVS-In interface.
GFG data fields
In addition, the UVS-In data fields of the UVS-Out request are updated in the UVS-In Interface-data form if values are available for the selected vehicle.The Body-code (if applicable) and Production date on the Identification tab.
The Original new-price on the Prices and Costs tab.
The Max total weight, Payload, Cabin (if applicable) and Wheelbase on the Commercial tab.
Besides these UVS-Out - UVS-In data fields, the corresponding fields of the VSB vehicle record are automatically filled in the UVS-In record for this specific vehicle as well.
