Introduction

These help files describe the use and setup of the Mercedes-Benz product. This product requires that the standard MB-specific programs, menus and dictionaries be installed.

UVS-Out is a combined Mercedes-Benz data system for MB (passenger and commercial) and smart vehicles. UVS-Out provides manufacturer vehicle data per received valid chassis number.

With the UVS-Out interface, you can display, create and update vehicle information in CRM, Point of Sales, Vehicle Stockbooks and Showroom via the chassis number of the specific vehicle.

This vehicle information contains factory data such as the factory options (special options) from UVS-Out and additional data (serial options) from UVS-In. Examples of receiving data are engine number, key codes and body style.
