Maintaining Menupricing - Linked Menu Items

You can use the Menupricing maintenance - Linked items form to chain or replace the existing labour and parts of the menu package to other labour or parts.

Warning: Be aware that if you chain or replace a certain labour or part, this change is done for ALL menu packages for which this labour or part exists.

What do you want to do?

Link or Chain Through Menu-items Form

This form is displayed when you click Point of Sales > [Company] > Point of Sales > Service > New product ellipsis [...] > Menus > Linked Menu-items tab > right-click part or labour line.

Menu Bar and Toolbar:

Saves the changes and refreshes the grid on the Linked menu-items tab of the Mercedes-Benz Menupricing form.


Exit Exit

Returns to the Mercedes-Benz Menupricing form.

Current item: Displays the linked part / labour item code.

Select type of linked item: Select how the menu-item is to be associated with the new part/labour item.

Part or Labour: Select the type part or labour for the (new) item to be used.

Franchise: Select the franchise 00 or MB required.

Part number or Labouroperationnumber: Depending on the entries of the Part or Labour and Franchise fields you can select an item of the following files:

Fixed Quantity: Type the fixed quantity to be substituted for the replaced or chained part / labour item.

Multiplying factor: Type the multiplying factor to calculate the quantity to be substituted for the replaced or chained part / labour item.

Add A New Link To Another Part/Labour

Right clicking on a Part/labour line within the Linked menu-items tab displays a number of options

Clicking the Add a new link to another part/labour option displays the Link or chain through menu-items form.

Remove This link

  1. Right clicking on a Part/labour line within the Linked menu-items tab displays a number of options

  1. Clicking the Remove this link option marks the menu-item or removal.

  2. Clicking the Save Save.gif button saves the maintained linked menu-items to the menu package.
