The Process Raw Data Transactions form is displayed when the Process Raw Data option is selected from the ADVANCED ANALYSIS menu.
The form consists of 2 areas:
topic
Select the topic from the drop down menu.
Status
Shows the progress of the process.
Cancel: This will return you to the previous screen.
OK: This will process the raw data and accumulate it into a formal analysis files.
Where are the formal files kept?
Unless a directory has been specified in the Directory field of the Advanced Analysis Topic, the Formal Files will be kept in the Topic default directory.
For example: &ldots;/data/AA/00/
Formal files have the following type:
00.AA.XXAAA 00.AA.XXABA 00.AA.XXBAA 00.AA.XXBBA 00.AA.XXCAA 00.AA.XXCBA
File name explained:
XX Topic Code
First letter Profile
Second letter Timeslice
Third letter Dataset
For example:00.AA.CAABA

B 2004 (where A has already been used for 2003)
