This form is one of the options that can be selected when the Use predefined template tick box is selected on the New form attributes form. It has been designed so that all of the critical information regarding the booked work is available making confirmation of the booking easier for the agent. There are three areas of this form which need to be considered.
These are the only areas of this form which may vary from script to script. There is space at the top and bottom of the form where unique information and functionality can be added to the script form. This functionality can be added using the standard form editor tools.
