This form is displayed when you select a line in the Call list grid on the Call List Administrator form. It enables you to access a call list's header data, parameters and statistics.
Call List Header:
Contains audit information detailing the provenance of the list and its creator.
Call List Number: Identifies the list
Call list Created by: Login ID of Autoline user responsible for creating the list
Created on: Date the list was created
Last Amended by: Login ID of Autoline user who last updated the list
Amended on: Date the list was last updated
Call List Source Information: The report originally used to generate the call list
Call List Parameters:
Call list desc.: Description, typically mentioning the report originally used to generate the call list
Header Notes: A record of changes made to the call list after its creation
Note: Contents of Header Notes are overwritten by a date/time stamp if the call list is redistributed.
List priority: Sets the priority of the calls in this list against calls from any other lists; 1 being the highest and 9 the lowest
Note: A priority of X means that the list is closed / not live and prevents the list from being processed.
Script name: Identifies the script associated with the list
Call List Active Date: When calls may be processed

to select a Call List Active Date.
Expiry Date: When the call list returns to offline status and is eligible for purging
Tip: Use the Ellipsis button
to select an Expiry Date.
Ledger List Flag: Currently redundant
Call Regardless: Currently redundant
Delete List Flag: Currently redundant
Days to Delete: Currently redundant
Expected duration (mins): Expected duration of a call from this list; set on the script
Call List Statistics:
Initially of no consequence, the statistics in these fields become meaningful when agents begin processing calls from the list.
Number of calls at Start: The number of calls that the list contained when originally created
No of Call Backs: The number of call records in the list assigned as call backs
No of Calls to be made: The number of call records in the list yet to be enacted
No of Retrys: The number of call records in the list assigned to try again later
No of Recycled Calls: The number of recycled call records in the list Completed: The number of completed call records in the list
No of Tasks: Not used
