Activating and Deactivating Call Lists

To activate or deactivate a call list:

  1. Select the Administrator option from the Call List Management menu

    The Call list Administrator form is displayed, containing available call lists.

  2. Drill down the ACTIVE CALL LISTS tree to view active lists

    The grid populates and, where appropriate, a pie chart is displayed.

  3. To enable a newly created call list, select the Activate call list button Tick

    The Activate Call List form is displayed.

To activate a call list:

  1. Select the Active column of the list concerned, so that it is ticked

    The Call List Details form is displayed.

  2. Select the OK button

    You are returned to the Call list Administrator form.

To deactivate a call list:

Follow steps 1 to 3 above

The Activate Call List form is displayed.

  1. Select the Active column of the list concerned, so that it is blank, and select the OK button.

    You are returned to the Call list Administrator form.


Activate Call List Form

This form is displayed when you select the Activate call list button Tick on the Call List Administrator, with a call list selected. It enables you to activate and deactivate call lists.

GRID:

List: The call list's numeric identifier

Description: Typically indicating the list's purpose, for example Customer service reminders

Script name: The script launched when a call in the list is made/received

Source information: Typically a report from which the list was derived, for example Customer service reminder (report)

No of Calls: The number of call records in the list

Active: If ticked, the list is already activated
