Call List Management

A call list is a batch of calls to be processed by agents. Autoline includes various reports, for example MOT Reminders, the output from which can be used to generate a list of contacts. From such a report an administrator can build a list of people whose vehicles are nearing their MOT deadlines, for example. That list of contacts can then be assigned to one or more agents to make the telephone calls.

Note: These CRM module reports need to be copied to the Customer Contact Management module to be used here. This could be achieved using the CRM report generator's document report facility, then re-writing it in the call centre report generator.


Call List Management Menu

This menu is displayed when you select Call list management from the Customer Contact Management menu. It enables you to create and administer call lists, as well as generate call lists from Autoline reports.

Create call list: Enables you to create a call list from a report and set options including allowed call duplication and the agent or group to which the list is allocated

Call List Allocation: Enables you to administer call lists, agents, and groups

Report generator: Set up a report format, choose record selection criteria, sort sequence, and the type of output
