Customer Contact Management Menu

This menu is displayed when you select Customer contact management from the Autoline master menu.

Home page: Displays your action list, make-a-call tab, non-call list, manual inbound tab, and softphone panel

Call list management: Enables you to create and administer call lists, as well as generate call lists from Autoline reports

Scripts: Enables you to build scripts guiding agents through calls, inbound and outbound

Reports & enquiries: Enables you to create reports, review schedules, export files to a PC, and formulate queries on a selected file

Miscellaneous options: Administer users' shifts and breaks, assign groups' default favourite scripts, define group and team types, and assign agents to groups

System maintenance: Bar users from logging in to a module, unlock files and records left inadvertently locked, start web and task daemons, maintain records and default values for records in files used, consolidate script logs and purge the script log archive

Kerridge utilities: Set system parameters for the Home Page, Administrator, Agent Shifts, Favourites, and Courtesy / Chase-up, and set such items as Next call list number, Next script log number, and the Module and Company identifiers
