This menu is displayed when you select Kerridge utilities from the Customer Contact Management menu. It enables you to set parameter and control default values.
Parameter defaults: It enables you to set system parameters for the Home Page, Administrator, Agent Shifts, Favourites, and Courtesy / Chase-up
Control defaults: Enables you to set such items as Next call list number, Next script log number, and the Module and Company identifiers
