To activate a menu option; click the option to highlight it then click the OK button or simply double-click the menu option.
To exit a menu, click the Exit button.
To move the highlight down to the next option, press the DOWN ARROW key.
To move the highlight up to the option above, press the UP ARROW key.
Tip: You can also use letter keys to highlight menu options. If, for example, you press the R key, the highlight moves to the option beginning with the letter R. If there is more than one item starting with an R, repeatedly pressing the R key moves the highlight to each in turn.
To activate the selected option, press the RETURN key.

Tip: If you select a menu option in error press the ESCAPE key or click the Exit button.
All menus have most of the buttons listed, and some menus have all of them.
OK: Activates the highlighted menu option
Exit: Closes the displayed menu. With few exceptions you are returned to the menu or form from which you originally invoked the menu you just closed.
Cancel: Some menus have a Cancel button instead of an Exit button. Like the Exit button, the Cancel button closes the displayed menu.
Help: Displays, in a web browser, a help page describing the menu. Links on the help page, embedded in its text and in the form of buttons at the top and bottom of the page, enable you to view other help pages.
Tip: Some links embedded in the text, such as the example embedded in the above paragraph, merely jump to a place on the same page.
Utilities: Displays the Utilities menu, providing access to the marketing system, mailed reports and other options depending on your level of access permissions.
Administrator: Displays the Electronic Administrator form, which provides email, diary, fax, and phone book functions
Change... printer: Displays a menu of printers to change the selected printer

Broadcast: Messages sent to all users logged in at a particular moment are displayed in this group box. Typically such messages are system administration-related, such as prior notification of facilities being temporarily taken off line.
Name and version: The menu's name and the Autoline release version
Options list box: The menu's principal field, normally positioned at centre or centre-left, it contains the selectable options; what the menu is actually about
Note: The contents of menus depend on your login user details stored in the system. Some colours, including the main list box background, are configurable.
Printer: Lists the currently selected printer
Language: If you select a different language from this drop-down menu, when you click the OK button to display a menu or form, the language variant of that menu or form is displayed.
Text: To redisplay the menu or form in a text mode reminiscent of a non-graphic display terminal, tick the Text check box and click the OK button
Tip: You cannot easily revert to the original display style after changing to text mode
