This form is displayed when you select System controls from the CM System Maintenance menu, or you select Control defaults from the CM Kerridge Utilities menu.

Next call list number: Call list identifier to be allocated to the next call list file created

Next call event number: Call event identifier to be allocated to the next call created (in a call list file)

Next script log number: Identifier to be allocated to the next call record created in a script log file

Next document number: Identifier to be allocated to the next call centre document produced

Module identifier: Two- or three-character code assigned to the CCM module

Company identifier: Two-character code
