This menu is displayed when you select Reports & enquiries from the Customer Contact Management menu.
Report generator: Enables you to define reports, format stationery, generate reports, review schedules, batch reports, export files to a PC, document reports, and select a standard print banner
Ad-hoc enquiries: Enables you to formulate, check, and execute queries on a selected file and display, print, or graph the result
