This program enables you to move any one generation of vehicle specification to any other. This can be completed at franchise, model and/or variant level.
Warning: In view of overwriting the live data, it is recommended that a data back up is taken prior to this option being run. This is part of the end-of-day routine which is run overnight, therefore this option should be run the next morning.
In the top section of the copy price/specification data form, this displays the Source generation and a Destination generation, this section enables you to select which generation you wish to copy from and to.
Source specification generation: Working specification.
Destination specification generation: Current specification.

This section displays the data onwhich you can copy from one generation to another. There are three areas that can copied:
The bottom part of the form displays the franchise(s), model(s) and variant(s) that can be chosen to be have data copied from and to.
Buttons:
Add: Enables you to add franchise, model and/or variant(s)
Remove: Enables you to remove franchise, model and/or variant(s)
Clear: Clears all franchise(s), model(s) and/or variants from the selection
Copy: Begins to copy the vehicle specifications
Cancel: Returns you to the DD Build Specification menu
Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser
