This form allows up to 250 copy bookings/agreements to be cloned from the currently selected booking. This is particularly useful in a specific customer wishes to suddenly hire ten or more transit vans, for example.
Note: This menu option is only enabled when the agreement is at a Booking status. It is at this status that the booking is quite generic (i.e. does not contain specific data such as vehicle registrations, etc) and therefore appropriate for cloning.
To clone a vehicle:
From the Master Menu, select the Vehicle rentals option and Company required.
The VEHICLE RENTALS Menu is displayed.
Select the Reservations option.
The Reservations and Availability form is displayed.
Select the Clone option from the Tools menu.
The Clone the Vehicle form is displayed.

In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of other useful identification criteria and buttons.
The Clone the Vehicle dialogue box contains the following fields:
Number to clone: The number of additional agreements that are required to be cloned from the currently selected agreement.
COMMAND BUTTONS:
OK: Creates the required cloned agreements. A small pop-up form is displayed that displays the booking/agreement number sequence that has been created e.g. Agreements 1223 to 1228 created. Selection of the OK command buttons results in a return the Agreement form. The Open Agreement form can then be used to view and select the newly created agreements.
Cancel: Returns to the Agreement form without creating any cloned/copy agreements.
