If a vehicle swap has been performed an a broker agreement then this form is enabled via the External Vehicle option within the Agreement menu. This form allows the details of a vehicle return (carried out via the Swap Vehicle process) to be viewed and edited.
To view the External Vehicle selection:
From the Master Menu, select the Vehicle rentals option and Company required.
The VEHICLE RENTALS Menu is displayed.
Select the Reservations option.
The Reservations and Availability form is displayed.
Select the External Vehicle option from the Agreement menu.
The External Vehicle Selection form is displayed.
This form is divided into four parts that are as follows:
In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar displays other useful identification criteria and buttons.

For each vehicle swap record on the agreement a vehicle swap history record is presented displaying the following audited details.
Tip: A double-left-click of the mouse (or selection of the
icon) opens the currently selected
(highlighted) record and displays the
External Vehicle Details form.
Swap: The unique sequential swap record number enabling the swap sequence to be understood.
Reg no: The registration number of the vehicle attached to the agreement during the swap process.
On-hire: The date on which the specific vehicle was allocated to the hire agreement.
Time out: The time at which the specific vehicle was allocated to the hire agreement.
Off-hire: The date on which the specific vehicle was swapped out from the hire agreement. This field is blank in the case of the vehicle that is currently attached to the agreement.
Time in: The time at which the specific vehicle was swapped out from the hire agreement. This field is blank in the case of the vehicle that is currently attached to the agreement.
