The Incident Management - All Areas data is displayed when you select the Incident Management (all areas) option from the Incident Management menu. This interface works in the same way as Incident Management and allows you to input details of an incident (e.g. roadside breakdown, accident) by recording the details of a known vehicle/customer/company or by creating new records in marketing where necessary. The menus are the same.
The difference, however, is that the All Areas interface covers all locations for those dealerships that have more than one branch. If you have got more than one branch and the priority to change the menu between the locations, to do so you must use the All Areas option within incident management.
