Incident Management Misc Tab

The misc tab displays other linked incidents, rental agreements, supplier accounts and WIP's. The form also displays when created, by whom, date and time, when last edited, why whom, date and time and the follow-up, by whom, date, time and what action required.

Fields on tab form are as follows:

Links to other incidents: Click on the

to select the incident to link, you can link up to four incidents.

Rental agreements: Click on the

to select rental agreements to link to the incident, you can link up to two rental agreements.

Supplier account: Click on the

, you can only have one supplier account linked to an incident.

Wip Number: Click on the

to search for the WIP, only one WIP can be linked to an incident.

Notes: This is a free text field, this field can be used for to enter details relating to the incident, or any specials details about the customer.
