This screen is accessed via Maintenance Control / Service Schedules / Create/Break Schedule Link.
The Create/Break Schedule Link form is displayed which provides the facility to create, or break, a link between a service schedule item and an approval.
This screen is constituted of four elements, which are as follows:
In addition to displaying the screen name the Title Bar provides a number of useful buttons. Within this form the titlebar also displays the module code (i.e. FA) and company number (e.g. 01>.
The content of the Vehicle Schedule menu bar is as follows:
Exit
Exits the current screen and returns to the Service Schedule main menu.
Provides online access to a context sensitive Help screen.
The content of the Funding toolbar is as follows:
Exits the current screen and returns to the Contract Review screen.
Displays the Global Review Screen.
Provides online access to a context sensitive Help screen.
The Vehicle Schedule Dialogue Box contains the following data:
- Registration Number
On entry to this screen the registration or agreement number for the vehicle is required. This may be keyed directly or the Fleet Global Search facility may be invoked by selection of the ellipsis button immediately to the right of this field.
- Current Agreement
The master number of the relevant agreement that is linked to the vehicle. The agreement number produced at the quotation stage of the contract. Selection of the ellipsis button (...) immediately to the right of this field presents the Fleet Global Search screen that enables a vehicle to be found by entering search selection criteria.
The Vehicle Schedule Dialogue Box then displays two tabs relating to maintenance approvals related to the selected vehicle and service schedule items. The following two tabs are displayed:
